Refund policy

Consultations

Consultations are non-refundable once delivered. Pay-what-you-wish pricing is final at the moment of payment.

You may reschedule once, free of charge, provided you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, using the link in your confirmation email.

If we need to reschedule, you'll be offered a fresh slot at no charge or a full refund — your choice.

Products (bracelets, yantras)

• Returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned item arriving with us.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Failed transactions

If your bank or card was charged but the booking did not confirm, the gateway reverses the charge automatically within 5–7 working days. If it doesn't, email bookings@cosmosync.in with the transaction ID — we will follow up with the gateway on your behalf.

How to request a refund

Email bookings@cosmosync.in with your order number or booking reference. We respond within one working day.
