Cosmic Logics is operated by Anupama (proprietor) in Mumbai, India. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it. By using cosmosync.in you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Booking & intake data — name, email, phone, date / time / place of birth, and any context you share. Required to deliver the consultation.
• Payment data — handled directly by Razorpay or Stripe. We store the gateway reference and amount; we never see your card number.
• Account data (client portal) — your email, hashed sign-in tokens, and your booking history.
• Server logs — IP address and user-agent, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Analytics — privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal identifiers (Umami, self-hosted).

How we use it

• To run and personalise your consultation.
• To send transactional email (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts).
• To send marketing email only if you opt in. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• To detect fraud and abuse.

Where data lives

On a single India-based VPS, fully under Anupama's control. Case notes are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your personal data by emailing bookings@cosmosync.in. We respond within seven days.

Children

Cosmic Logics is not intended for users under 18.

Changes

We'll update the "last updated" date when this policy materially changes.
